Cero Metros Cuadrados SL informs users of this website about its policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data that may be collected through browsing, contact forms, inquiry or subscription forms, service contracts, or product purchases.

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Cero Metros Cuadrados SL is the Controller of the User’s personal data and informs that such data will be processed in accordance with current personal data protection regulations — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

What do we process your personal data for?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations envisaged for data processing include:

  • Sending commercial or advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables such communications. These will be carried out by the Controller and related to their products and services or those of partners or suppliers with whom a promotional agreement has been made. In such cases, third parties will never have access to personal data.
  • Conducting market studies or statistical analyses.
  • Processing requests, inquiries, or any type of petition made by the user through any of the contact methods available on this website.
  • Sending newsletters containing updates, offers, and promotions related to the Controller’s activity.

How long will we keep your personal data?
Data will be kept no longer than necessary for the purpose of the processing or as long as legal obligations require. When processing is based on user consent, data will be retained until consent is withdrawn. Once data are no longer needed for these purposes, they will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Who do we share your personal data with?
No data transfers to third parties are planned, except when required by law or necessary for the development and execution of processing purposes. In the latter case, data may be shared with our service providers related to communications, marketing, or logistics, with whom the Controller has signed confidentiality and data processing agreements as required by privacy regulations.

We inform you that, in this case, international data transfers are made to the following entity for the described purposes:

  • Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp): Email marketing service provider. Certified under the EU–U.S. Privacy Shield framework.

  • The right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, and to restrict or object to their processing.
  • The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. Mandatory or Voluntary Nature of Information Provided by the User

By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) in contact, registration, subscription, or download forms, the User expressly, freely, and unequivocally agrees that their data are necessary for the Controller to handle their request, while the inclusion of data in remaining fields is optional.

All data requested through the website and marked with (*) are mandatory as they are essential for providing an optimal service to the User. Other fields, though optional, may be necessary to fully respond to the inquiry. If the mandatory data are not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information or services provided will fully meet the User’s needs.

The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the Provider are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.

3. Security Measures

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the Controller complies with all necessary provisions for the processing of personal data under their responsibility, and specifically with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR and Title II of the LOPDGDD: data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

The Provider guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD, to protect the rights and freedoms of Users, and has provided them with adequate information to exercise these rights.
